Welcome to Economy Inn of America (www.economyinnofamerica.com). By accessing our website and booking a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment Requirements

Payment Methods: We accept valid major credit cards and debit cards for room payments.

No Security Deposit: Economy Inn of America does not require an upfront security deposit or an authorization hold on your debit or credit card upon check-in. Guests are only charged the actual room rate plus applicable state and local taxes (including Indiana State Sales Tax and local Innkeeper's Tax) for the duration of their stay.

Age & ID Limit: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book a room and check in. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the debit/credit card must be presented at the front desk in accordance with Indiana Code § 32-31-7.

Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM and standard check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Strict Non-Smoking Policy: Economy Inn of America maintains a 100% smoke-free environment inside all guest rooms and indoor facilities in compliance with the Indiana Smoke-Free Air Law. Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vapes) is strictly prohibited. If smoking occurs inside a room, the guest is completely liable for all necessary damages, including specialized deep-cleaning fees, odor remediation, property damage, and any lost revenue resulting from the room being unrentable.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed welcome to stay with a fee of $10 per night. Unregistered pets brought into rooms without disclosure at front desk check-in will result in penalty fees or immediate eviction without a refund. Registered service animals are permitted free of charge in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Indiana state law.

Damages & Financial Responsibility: While no security deposit is collected at check-in, guests remain fully liable for any physical damage, missing property, or specialized remediation costs incurred during their stay. Economy Inn of America reserves the right to charge the debit or credit card on file for the total cost of any such necessary repairs, replacements, or cleaning services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Economy Inn of America strives to ensure all information on www.economyinnofamerica.com is accurate. However, we are not liable for any booking engine disruptions, typographic errors regarding rates, or temporary web outages. To the maximum extent permitted by Indiana law, our liability for guest property loss is limited in accordance with Indiana Code § 32-33-4 (Innkeeper's Liability).

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions stemming from website usage or property stays must be filed in the local court system of Indiana.
